![]() Since Kipper and Tiger are dogs, fudge is sometimes made of chocolate, which could poison or kill dogs. One example is in the episode "Buried Treasure", where Kipper and Tiger eat fudge treats and feed some to ducks. ![]() The show has very little educational content.This episode could've been banned from television for that aforementioned reason. The dragon's design looked a bit creepy, so it would be possible that it scared children who watched the episode. Some episodes can have some scary imagery, for example, one episode called "The Magic Lamp" had a scene where Kipper and Tiger end up in an unknown and mysterious planet-like land where a dragon resides.He also can be too bossy to Arnold sometimes in some episodes.In "Clay Time", Pig came over to Kipper’s house and he thought Kipper and Tiger’s clay were cookies and accidentally eats one of them.In "The Picnic", he invited himself and Arnold to Kipper and Tiger’s picnic and eats their remaining food.While the music is great, it can get a bit repetitive at times.The theme song is very catchy and awesome to listen to.The musical score by Bob Heatlie is wonderful to listen to."Tiger's Joke Box" (depending on your view)."The Visitor" (which started the show on a high note).With that being said, many of the episodes of the show are memorable and enjoyable, including:.Much like Postman Pat, it has an excellent slice-of-life feel to it, as it tries to create a bit of a calming and relaxing feel when watching an episode.Aside from Kipper himself, many of the characters in the show are likeable, memorable and relatable, including Tiger, Arnold, Jake and Pig.The voice acting is great and is pleasant to listen to, especially Martin Clunes as his performance for Kipper.Kipper himself is a likable and enjoyable protagonist.The animation is also very faithful to the illustrations in the original books too, with the characters having almost the exact same designs as their counterparts in the book series and the backgrounds trying to retain the simplicity of the ones in the book. ![]() The idea of a talking dog making animal friends is so pure original.In addition to this, there are some episodes that are adapted from some of the specific books, and they manage to be pretty faithful for the most part.The show is very faithful to the original books, as it keeps the same charm and retains the same character designs as the original books.Kipper is a British animated children's television series based on the characters from Mick Inkpen's Kipper the Dog picture book series, It ran from 1997 to 2000. □ They call him Kipper, Kipper the Dog□
